We observe breathing, directing attention to the abdomen, chest and nostrils, exploring how breathing manifests itself in each area of ​​the body, following inspiration and expiration for 20 breath cycles.

The practice consists of paying attention to the sensations (pleasant, unpleasant or neutral) without reacting, analyzing part by part, from the feet to the top of the head. Whenever the mind is distracted by sounds or thoughts, we again redirect our attention, firmly and gently, to the body.
