Free Mindfulness Plan with guided meditations


This plan was designed so that you can experience alone and the benefits and challenges of this practice. You can access the guided meditations and download them for free here.

If you wish, you can print the flyer and place it on the nightstand, or set alarms so you don't forget the practices.


Minimum recommended duration: 10 days;

Hours of practice per day: 55min;

Guided Meditations: Body scan, Attention to the Breath and Mindfulness Check.

Mindful eating: this practice is not a guided meditation, but the practice of directing attention and connecting with each meal at the level of the 5 senses. Paying attention to the colors, textures, aromas, and flavors of each food.
