The program is designed to be carried out in an individual format , providing those who carry it out a direct experience of the benefits of Mindfulness practice. Sessions are held in the morning, in the afternoon, and before bed.


This intensive program of 5 days and 10 hours of Introduction to mindfulness was designed with the aim of being able to be reconciled with your vacation. The sessions, prepared for individual format , are held in the morning. Afternoons are free so you can stroll and get to know the Algarve or just enjoy the sun and read a book.
