I liked the mindfulness course a lot. It gave me good theoretical background about mindfulness in general and about stress in particular. Practising meditation was really good as well, it complemented very well the theory.
Renata is very passionate about what she does and that can be seen in the energy she puts into her work. She pays attention to every little detail and prepares very well upfront to deliver the best experience to the customer. I really enjoyed my time there. The place is in the countryside and is very quiet. It’s very well looked after. The food was great. Fresh and delicious.
All in all it was a great experience and I’m really happy I did it. I would totally recommend it to anyone who wants to manage stress better and live a more mindful life.
