"After a year of feeling disconnected from myself; these 5 days was a perfect reminder of my knowledge about mindfulness and lessons & guidance with meditation and theory behind both of these things. Perfect kick start bringing meditation into my life and mindfulness back. Learnt a variety of meditation techniques, yin yoga and mindfulness techniques. A very well balanced course with the ability to take back what you’ve learnt to normal life and fit it around a normal work schedule. Thank you Renata! "
