Our programs are designed to provide insight. To this end, each retreat includes free time to relax or walk in nature, moments of theory with exercises that invite introspection, and guided practices that restore calm and mental clarity.

Our intention is for the program to continue

when you return home, taking with you a plan

that integrates the knowledge gained into your daily life,

and also a journal so you can record your progress.

MEET OUR PROGRAMS
IN INDIVIDUAL RETREATS

5 days & 4 nights

 

By Transforming anxiety you will improve your health, and to be able to enjoy life again without fear of failing or missing out. This program specifically focuses on the subject of fear and anxiety from a Mindfulness perspective. You will explore and identify in which areas of your life this emotional state is having an impact, unavailing its roots so you can start to respond to daily situations in an effective way.

The sessions are held on 3 consecutive days, in the morning and in the afternoon, interspersing theory with meditation and Yin yoga practices.

5 days & 4 nights

 

The program is based on the content of the famous MBSR Program - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - created by Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn.

By enrolling in this program, you will be able transform your perspective and beliefs understanding the crucial impact they currently have in shaping your reality. You will relaxed, calm and inspired to go back into your life and take action to achieve the results your aiming for.

 

The sessions are held on 3 consecutive days, in the morning and in the afternoon, interspersing theory with meditation and Yin yoga practices.

Transforming anger is crucial to improve your health, and relationships at a personal and professional level.This program specifically focuses on the subject of anger from a Mindfulness perspective. You will explore and identify in which areas of your life this emotional state is having an impact, unavailing its roots so you can start to respond to daily situations in an effective way.

 

 

The sessions are held on 3 consecutive days, in the morning and in the afternoon, interspersing theory with meditation and Yin yoga practices.

Learn

During your stay, you'll have time to enjoy a massage, take a dive in the saltwater pools, read a book, walk through the countryside choosing one of the available routes, or go to the beach.

At the end of the program, and with renewed energy, you will take with you a plan that will help you to consistently integrate what youlearned and practiced in their daily lives.
